My stay at Alberto’s Villa was fantastic! The villa is beautiful and very much like in the pictures (probably the prettiest residence in the neighbourhood). Alberto was a great host. He called to make sure my plane had landed and even waited around till past midnight to welcome me and show me around! He provided me with with a map as well as useful indications of what to visit in Padova and where to eat! Everything in the villa was clean and comfortable! It’s a 10-15min walk to the big square (Prato dela Valle) and the old town.
The tram stop is also nearby but personally I thought walking was faster. Going to Venice is very straight forward as well (tram to the station, then train for about 5euros) and only takes about 25 minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay! I’ll definitely stay in Alberto’s villa again should I find myself in Padova again!

I loved staying here. Alberto was very helpful. Very clean , high class accomodation in a secure area. At the other end of town from the train station and taxi was only 11 euro on arrival. After that I used a tram and bus very easily. Day tram and bus combined tickets are 3 euro. The tickets are available in the tobacconist nearby on way to the Santa Croce stop. Also able to walk very easily to St Anthony’s. Highly recommended.

Alberto probably is the perfect host: He called us on our way to Padova to check how we were doing and asked if we needed any help finding the appartment. When we arrived he showed us around the beautiful appartment and made us feel very welcome. He even prepared is breakfast in the morning so we didn’t have to care about getting food. The appartment itself is very close to the city center and still easily accessible by car. We only stayed for one night but would love to come back since we really enjoyed Padova! If we do we’d be glad to stay with Alberto again! Thanks for everything!

Mai scelta è stata più azzeccata! Il B&B Villa Rosa è la sistemazione ideale per andare alla scoperta di Padova e delle sue bellezze. Alberto, il padrone di casa, è stato di una gentilezza squisita, fornendoci preziose indicazioni sui posti da visitare e su dove mangiare. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, nuovissime e confortevoli più di un 4 stelle. La mattina abbiamo trovato la tavola in cucina apparecchiata con ogni ben di Dio, così da cominciare alla grande la giornata! A pochi minuti a piedi si trovano i punti di maggior interesse della città, così da potersi dimenticare dell’auto per tutta la durata della permanenza. Torneremo sicuramente, magari in una stagione più calda, anche se l’atmosfera natalizia ha reso la nostra visita ancora più magica!

I loved staying here. it was a spur of the moment trip, booking same day as arrival, but Alberto was quick to respond. the house is beautifully maintained and had everything you might want. the room and bathroom I had were very clean, comfortable and up to date. I slept wonderfully. Alberto spent time suggesting places to visit, places of interest and directions to local restaurants, banks, pharmacy, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

We (3 couples from Greece) rented the whole apartment for 3 nights and we were very happy with the nice, stylish and very clean rooms. All the sightseeing points, restaurants and bars were in walking distance. Alberto is a very sympathic and helpful host, – before and during our stay!!! Thank you Alberto fir answering all my questions! I highly recommend this beautiful apartment! We definitely come back!

Merci à notre hôte de nous avoir attendu jusqu’à minuit pour nous donner toutes les infos nécessaires pour notre trop court séjour. Belle demeure située dans un quartier tres tranquille . Belle découverte… À recommander merci à Alberto fort sympathique et qui parle très bien le français.

Alberto hat uns herzlich begrüßt und eine genaue Einweisung in unserem Quartier durchgeführt.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl! Im Haus war es sehr ruhig, die Selbstbedienung beim Frühstück in der Küche war reichhaltig. Wir würden das Quartier sofort wieder buchen, und werden es weiterempfehlen!

Een mooie BNB gelegen in een rustige buurt , niet ver van het centrum van het mooie padua.
Een tramhalte dichtbij die je in korte tijd voor een kleine vergoeding naar het station en indien gewenst het stadscentrum brengt. vanaf Padua zijn steden als Venetie, Bologna, Verona makkelijk
en goedkoop te bereizen. Uitstekend pizza restaurant om de hoek. Alle kamers modern ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. Moderne woonkeuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden om ventueel zelf te koken. Voor een stedentrip in Noord Italie is deze BNB een uitstekende uitvalsbasis.

Alberto fué muy amable, nos recibió el día que llegamos y nos explicó detalladamente el funcionamiento de la casa. Estuvo siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades, nos dio mapas e instrucciones para llegar a las principales atracciones de Padova. El apartamento esta muy bien mantenido, parece todo nuevo, la ubicación es excelente, muy cercana al centro de Padova y además buena locomoción pública. Nos sentimos realmente en casa donde Alberto, y el desayuno excelente. Un plus es el aire acondicionado! Recomendamos a todos quienes quieran visitar Padova, alojar donde Alberto.

Lieber Alberto, wir haben uns leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft im B&B Villa Rosa! Sehr schönes, helles, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer, italienisches Frühstück und gute Erreichbarkeit zur Innenstadt. Die Übergabe erfolgte mit Hilfe der Mutter ganz unkompliziert und freundlich. Für unseren “deutschen Geschmack” war das Frühstücksangebot zu süß, aber “andere Länder andere Sitten”! Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Sabine.

La experiencia de alojarnos en el B&B de Alberto ha sido estupenda. La casa es un hermoso edificio completamente restaurado y las habitaciones están impecables. Alberto fue muy amable con nosotros y atento en todo momento, nos hizo sentir muy a gusto.

We had a great stay at Alberto’s B&B! He was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. The room was as described in the listing. Felt like we were in a hotel room. Everything was so clean and the beds were heavenly. We liked having our own bathroom and access to use the kitchen. We cooked dinner there one night and found everything we needed! Breakfast is included and he had a lot of great varieties. Alberto also had umbrellas in the foyer, which was so nice, as well as maps. He helped orient us to Padova and where we should go! We took a day trip to Venice, which was the perfect distance away. Highly recommend this villa!

Alberto’s place was a true delight to stay at! The house is beautiful, freshly re-done, with modern amenities within a classic Italian exterior. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the center of town, and we found true peace in this sun-basked villa. An ideal base to visit Padova and the surroundings. We even stored our bikes safely in the garden, and parked our car in the street in front.

Alberto’s B&B is a delight. Only 300 meters from the PadovaTram, it is very easy to reach from the FS station. ou can also go on foot to the centre (20 minutes) or to the Prato della Valle (10 minutes). De rooms are brand new and have all the luxury for a competitive price. You have also a separate kitchen where you can make expresso coffee and you can use the fridge. This is certainly the best B&B presented by airbnb we’ve ever used.
